Well… ah, nuts.
Sometimes a speckle goes rogue.
Sometimes the dye pot had different plans.
Sometimes a colorway comes out a little less saturated, a little more wild, or just not quite what I envisioned while fueled by caffeine and optimism.
Enter: The Nutty Little Misfits.
These skeins have minor quirks — maybe a surprise speckle color, a softer wash of dye than intended, or a shade that zigged when it was supposed to zag. They didn’t quite make it into the main collection… but they are still absolutely beautiful and 100% knit and crochet worthy.
Think of them as:

Listing is for one (1) skein. Multiple skeins are pictured to show color variation.
As with all hand-dyed yarn, it’s possible for some bleeding to occur upon washing. After the dyeing process, the yarn is rinsed until the water runs clear. However, as the yarn dries, some dye particles can still be released, and some color may appear in the water the next time the yarn is washed. Hand wash in cold water with a delicate wool wash. Lay flat to dry.
