    I sure do! Please reach out and I’ll see what I can do for you.

  • Can I Cancel My Order?

    Within 24 hours, yes! After that, I may already be dyeing or packing.

  • How Long Does Shipping Take?

    Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. Dyed-To-Order yarn ships within 1-2 weeks.

  • Can I combine Multiple Orders?

    If your orders haven’t shipped yet, message me — I’ll do my best to bundle them and refund extra postage.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    To select countries, yes. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact me at scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com and I can look into a cost-effective shipping option for you.

  • Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?

    Yes! Knitting needles, crochet hooks, all other accessories and Ready-To-Ship yarn may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

    DYED-TO-ORDER yarn is made-to-order/customized therefore returns aren’t accepted unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

  • What If My Package Goes Missing?

    Once it’s with the postal service it’s out of my paws, but contact me and I’ll help track it down however I can.
