I’m happy to accommodate custom color requests or modifications, please contact me via email- scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com to discuss what your vision is.

Since dyed-to-order items are custom and made specifically for each fiber lover, these are non-refundable unless yarn is damaged or defective.

I dye in very small batches, therefore no batch will be exactly alike and colors may vary slightly. Each skein is unique due to the hand-dyeing process.

As with all hand-dyed yarn, it’s possible for some bleeding to occur upon washing. After the dyeing process, the yarn is rinsed until the water runs clear. However, as the yarn dries, some dye particles can still be released, and some color may appear in the water the next time the yarn is washed. Hand wash in cold water with a delicate wool wash. Lay flat to dry.
